Transcendence Remote Viewing

One of my favourite psychics was Nina Kulagina (1926 – 1990) a Russian woman who had incredibly well-developed abilities in telekinesis. She was the subject of academic study in the USSR for over twenty years and her remarkable skills are demonstrated and preserved on film.

Of particular note was an experiment that she took part in at a Leningrad laboratory on 10th March 1970, under controlled conditions Nina took remote psychokinetic control of the living, beating heart of another being. She sped its beat rate up & slowed it down completely at will, finally bringing it to a permanent halt. On that occasion, the subject/victim was a frog.

After the interest generated by yesterdays post, here is some more material on Remote Influencing.

It is a 1965 CIA document on Russian (then USSR) work on Hypnosis-at-a-distance, something that
we now routinely refer to as Remote Influence. The document notes that the experiments were inspired
by the work of Professor L. L. Vasiliev in the 1930’s, a definitive study of his work was published in 1963,
“Experiments in Mental Suggestion” (Institute for the study of mental images, Church Crookham, Hampshire,
England)

The poor visual quality reflects the copying/imaging technology of the era I’m afraid.

Note the large amount of censored material, sadly the 3rd page is simply the 2nd page repeated, the real page 3 is missing.

Finally, after many, many requests, some material on Remote Influencing.

Here at Transcendence Remote Viewing, one of the maxims that we teach in our London-based  weekly Transcendence Remote Viewing Workshops is:

This is for very good reasons that I won’t enumerate here, suffice to say that your Remote Influence session will have substantially greater results, orders of magnitude greater if you follow this guidance; you will also disconnect and shield yourself from deleterious side-effects (and I’m not talking about new age fluffy after-life promises of deific judgement or retribution.)

You might enjoy this one, it appears to be the report on an an attempt by the US remote viewing programme to remote view the contents of a Russian technical document. Four viewers were tasked, each with some degree of success, including perceptions of the building, room and storage of the document itself. Part of the target document itself Acoustical Holography - USSR Academy of Sciences is redacted in the report.

The report gives as a reason for targeting - To determine the remote viewer’s ability to collect foreign intelligence information against documents shielded from normal perception.

I thought that you might like to read this, it describes the already well-known stages I-VI of Coordinate Remote Viewing in detail and the (some in progress, some already developed and some merely hypothesized) advanced stages beyond that. Here’s my extract/synopsis (Italics mine):

Stage VII - Analytics

Analytics is the ability to make a yes/no decision without producing AOL (Analytical Overlay.)

This also gives the viewer the ability to “recognize” numbers and letters (lotto, anyone?)

Stage VIII - Phonetics/Sonics

Stage VIII will allow the viewer to produce phonetic/sonic sounds which, it is hypothesized, will allow the viewer to produce the name of persons, places & things at the site.

Stage XI - Telepathic Signals

Phase I - Receiving telepathic signals from the site area.

Phase II - Transmitting telepathic signals to the site area.

Stage X - Remote Action (RA)

Mind-over-matter, also known as psychokinesis (PK)

Phase I - Affecting or interacting with “things” at the site.

Phase II - Teleportation of things from the site (Apporting.)

Phase III - Teleportation of things to the site (remember the Nuclear device from the Stargate movie?)

Stage XI - Altering the Dimensionality at the Site

Phase I - Altering Time at the site. Time could be frozen, moved forward or back, altering past, present & future.

Phase II - Altering other Dimensions at the Site. (I’m guessing moving the site itself between parallel Universes here, the document doesn’t describe this)

I’m certain that you have at least heard of the various brainwave frequency levels: Beta, Alpha, Theta & Delta.

Well some recent studies have identified more states. Open your mind to…Gamma.

By recording EEG’s from meditating Tibetan Monks - it appears that meditating on Universal Compassion produces synchronous bursts of brain activity around 40Hz.

You might find these interesting, they are documents on UK MOD Remote Viewing tests that were released in January this year (2007) under the Freedom of Information Act.

The most interesting stuff (of course) is in the blacked out sections.

Also notable is what an obvious shambles this test was - designed to fail. It reminded me of the CIA AIR closeout report by Jessica Utts and Ray Hyman, i.e. an official pretext to halt further dialogue on the subject.
